How the score works
The quiz looks at 4 areas: your sleep schedule (40% of the score), your bedroom environment (30%), your pre-bed habits (20%), and how rested you feel in the morning (10%). Schedule gets the biggest weight because consistency has the strongest evidence behind it. An irregular sleep pattern works against everything else you try.
What to do with your result
Start with your lowest-scoring category, and change one thing at a time. Most people try to overhaul everything at once, burn out in 4 days, and conclude nothing works. One consistent change for 2 weeks beats 5 changes that last a weekend.
